Royal Academy of Engineering SME Leaders programme

The Royal Academy of Engineering SME leaders programme offers support for leaders of high-growth Technology and Engineering SME's, including upcoming photonics companies, through training courses, leadership coaching and mentoring.  Ten successful applicant are chosen every 6 months to become members of the Academy's Enterprise hub and receive up to £10,000 toward the cost of leadership training.
