Photonics4Food Symposium

Photonics can be used to address many of the current challenges in the food and drink industry, from judging the ripeness of fruit, to novel packaging technology and colour defect detection.
The Photonics4Food symposium, part of the Photonics21 Photonics4 series, will showcase the latest photonics R&D as applied to the food and drink industry. Speakers from industry and the research base will highlight the latest R&D and sector challenges, and there will be the opportunity to get “hands on” with photonics equipment.
