PLG Policies

To support the PLG’s aims and objectives, and the efficient and inclusive operation of the organisation the PLG maintains the following policies which set-out the standards expected of staff, contractors and the Photonics Leadership Ltd organisation. To support a collaborative, inclusive forum for discussion, from October 2026 the PLG requires that all regular contributors to its meetings and activities adhere to the sub-set of policies indicated or have their own equivalent policies in place for their organisation.

The PLG’s policies are intended to represent best UK business practice. Please contact the PLG if you identify errors, contradictions to best practice, or other suggestions for improvement. The PLG reserve the right to update its policies at anytime and will alert contributors to any substantive changes at the PLG annual general meeting.
