EPSRC is seeking applications from respected industrialists, academics, users of research and individuals to join EPSRC’s Strategic Advisory Bodies. Strategic Advisory Teams of up to 16 members, provide Heads of Theme at EPSRC with strategic advice to help develop their theme, meeting at least 2x a year.

There are vacancies available across all EPSRC areas and in particular within ICT with relevance to photonics:
- Hardware in the broadest sense covering electronics, photonics and architecture portfolios
- Data Science
- Communications (particularly the focus is on pervasive technologies)
