Shahida brings a wealth of experience and passion for photonics to the PLG from leadership of Chromacity, raising capital, involvement in high growth SMEs and working closely with universities. With a strategic, operational and financial background and formerly with Optos another great UK photonics success story, Shahida’s support for the PLG provides much appreciated direct knowledge of the day-to-day challenges of rapidly growing a photonics SME addressing diverse markets and delivering products globally.
